Summary
Maintenance Worker inspects different equipment and performs any basic repairs or preventative maintenance when required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Must possess a valid Driver's license and have a clean 10-year driving history and maintain this record to use company vehicles. 
Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.
Performing preventative maintenance.
Handling basic repairs and maintenance.
Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary.
Diagnosing mechanical issues and correcting them.
Repairing machines, equipment, or structures as necessary.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proven maintenance experience, skilled in the use of hand and power tools. Ability to take apart machines, equipment, or devices to remove and replace defective parts. Ability to use common tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches. HVAC certification a plus.


Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.  Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.  Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization.

Mathematical Skills
Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.  Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.

Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.  Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to check blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs as necessary.

Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing software and Spreadsheet software.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Must possess a Nevada Dispensary agent card and be 21 years of age or older.
