Distribution Crew
We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Distribution Crew Member to join our growing team in St. Johns, FL. This role plays a vital part in our distribution operations by accurately picking, verifying, staging, and preparing orders for delivery while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting efficient logistics throughout the facility.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Pulling, labeling, and manifesting daily orders for delivery.
- Management of internal data sheets for inventory data.
- Communication between internal teams.
- Organization of paperwork and invoices.
- Processing, checking, and organizing retail returns.
- Coordinating with operations, production, and retail teams.
- Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly inventory counts.
- Comply with all HR policies including confidentiality and non-disclosure.
- Assist with the implementation of company policies, standard operating procedures and performance standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Daily compliance with company policies including but not limited to; state/local regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, dress code, and work schedules.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 1–2 years' experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management preferred.
Must be 21 years or older.
Ability to pass Level 2 Florida State background check and drug screening.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.
Forklift certification a plus (training may be provided).

Starting Payrate: $16/hour
