Online Fulfillment Associate

Summary

The Online Fulfillment Associate is responsible for completing the processing of all incoming online orders from the online platform(s). The Online Fulfillment Associate is in charge of properly pulling the applicable inventory products, building the orders in Leaf Logix and staging the customer’s order for the dispatch agents. All state compliance standards must be adhered to such as printing applicable product labels, providing order totals to customers and providing good customer service for outbound calls to customers. Verifying delivery eligibility and confirming that all proper documentation has been received to proceed with a compliant order as well as updating and building Leaf Logix and online ordering platform profiles. The Online Fulfillment Associate is also responsible for outbound and inbound customer phone calls regarding any applicable questions during the account creation process. Assist in order fulfillment by, properly pulling the applicable inventory products, building the orders, and staging them for the processing agents to then enter into Leaf Logix

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Pulling inventory from the pick-pack room and entering products into the customer’s sales order.

Building and setting up profiles on Leaf Logix.

Updating all steps during the process on applicable software program applications.

Creates an exceptional customer service experience with guests through education, knowledge of products and salesmanship.

Creating and updating Leaf Logix and online ordering account profiles.

Verifying that all state requirements are met to procced with a compliant sale

Inbound and outbound customer phone calls.

Resolving account creation issues for customers

Answers customer's questions concerning price, and use of merchandise during outbound customer calls.

Maintains up to date knowledge on the endocannabinoid system and all applicable properties and/or effects.
Comply with all state regulations pertaining to medical and/or retail sales.

Maintains cleanliness of all surfaces and work station area.

Reports all issues to management.

Daily compliance with MME policies including but not limited to; state/local regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, dress code, and work schedules.

Must complete Osha 10 Industry Training within 6 months of hire (company paid)

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of basic computer systems.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Must possess a Nevada Dispensary Agent work card and be 21 years of age or older.
