Summary
The Digital Marketing Specialist supports and executes marketing initiatives that drive customer acquisition, engagement, loyalty, and revenue growth. This role serves as a key cross-functional partner across the organization, collaborating with Retail Operations, Purchasing, Compliance, Events, Entertainment, Sales, and Leadership teams to support business objectives and enhance the guest experience. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, highly organized, and proactive, with the ability to take initiative, identify opportunities, solve problems, and drive projects forward in a fast-paced retail and entertainment environment. This individual should be comfortable managing multiple priorities, collaborating with stakeholders at all levels, and contributing ideas that support business growth. Occasional travel may be required based on event schedules, promotional activations, and business needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Support the daily operations of the Marketing department
  • Support, Plan, Execute, and Optimize marketing initiatives across all channels (digital, social media, email marketing, CRM, website content, digital signage, customer engagement)
  • Develop & assist with promotional campaigns, email communications, content development, campaign reporting, and digital marketing efforts
  • Work directly with the Marketing Manager to drive traffic, engagement, and revenue
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments including but not limited to Sales, Retail Ops, Finance, Procurement, Lounge, Cultivation, Production, and Legal
  • Cultivate & maintain relationships with vendors, external partners, and VIPs
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Identify opportunities for improvement within the Marketing department
  • Support initiatives that align with company goals/objectives
  • Support & enhance the guest experience
  • Processing purchase orders & invoices
  • Comply with all HR policies including confidentiality and non-disclosure.                                                                                                                   
  • Assist with the implementation of company policies, standard operating procedures, and performance standards.                                                                                                                                
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Daily compliance with Company policies including but not limited to; state/local regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, dress code, and work schedules.
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's Degree preferred; OR Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing, communications, social media, advertising, or a related field.

Experience within retail, hospitality, entertainment, lifestyle, tourism, or cannabis industries preferred.
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and regulations, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. 

Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.  Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs.

Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.  Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, Photoshop, Alpine IQ, Figma, Monday.com, Slack, and Various Social Media platforms.
