We are currently looking for a Solventless Harvester to join our cultivation team here in St. Johns! The Solventless Harvester is responsible for meticulously preparing harvested flower for solventless extraction with a strong focus on preserving trichomes, terpene profiles, and overall product quality.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Meticulously hand-trim wet flowers, prioritizing trichome preservation and minimizing resin loss.
Identify and separate premium flower destined for solventless extraction from unusable waste material.
Adapt trimming techniques to various strains to maintain the integrity of trichomes and terpene profiles.
Accurately weigh, batch, and prepare flower for consistent and efficient solventless extraction.
Maintain strict cleanliness and sanitation of tools, equipment, and workstations throughout and at the end of each shift.
Adhere to all company SOPs, state/local regulations, and compliance requirements for cannabis handling and processing.
Collaborate with cultivation and extraction teams to ensure premium starting material for high-quality concentrates.
Identify and report any quality issues such as pests, mold, or plant inconsistencies during processing.
Comply with all HR policies including confidentiality and non-disclosure.
Assist with the implementation of company policies, standard operating procedures, and performance standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Daily compliance with company policies including but not limited to: state/local regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, dress code, and work schedules.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 21 years of age or older.
Ability to pass drug testing and Level 2 Florida State background check.
Previous cannabis trimming, harvesting, or cultivation experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
