SummaryThe Sales Brand Coordinator is responsible for managing the operational success of the company's internal and 3rd party brands across retail, procurement, and wholesale channels. This role coordinates Retail, Marketing, Procurement, Inventory, Cultivation, Production, Wholesale, and third-party vendors to ensure products are accurately purchased, received, launched, merchandised, marketed, and maintained throughout their lifecycle.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Brand Management
- Oversee internal brand merchandising and retail presentation.
- Coordinate and new internal product launches.
- Maintain accurate online menu content including descriptions, imagery, pricing, and categorization.
- Analyze sales, inventory, and product performance metrics.
- Ensure internal brands maintain strong product placement and visibility.
Merchandising & Retail Operations
- Develop visual merchandising strategies.
- Coordinate display rotations and seasonal merchandising.
- Manage product mix and inventory levels to maximize revenue.
- Coordinate aging inventory strategies and promotional initiatives.
Procurement Operations
- Maintain weekly procurement Smartsheets.
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Process purchase order corrections in Sage.
- Manage vendor credits and credit reporting.
- Verify third-party vendor documentation before delivery.
- Review Certificates of Analysis (COAs) to verify product specifications against purchase orders.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Inventory, and Compliance to resolve discrepancies.
Wholesale Operations
- Maintain weekly wholesale menus.
- Coordinate marketing assets for internal brands and wholesale partners.
Cross-Functional Responsibilities
- Serve as liaison between Marketing, Procurement, Retail, Inventory, Cultivation, Production, Wholesale, and Compliance.
- Identify workflow improvements.
- Prepare operational reports.
- Support company policies, SOPs, and compliance.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six to 12 months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and regulations, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and industry-specific software.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Must be 21 years of age or older.
NV State Agent Card Required.
OSHA 10 Required (company paid) to be completed within 6 months of hiring.
