Summary
The Online Fulfillment Supervisor's role focuses on keeping customers satisfied with the company's services through managing the success and efficiency of all delivery processes and procedures. Including employee management, ensuring state and company compliance is being maintained, maintaining METRC accuracy and working with inventory during audits, tracking and reporting sales metrics, managing customer satisfaction and holding personnel accountable.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Oversee and account for all aspects of the marijuana delivery program
- Assess customer engagement, optimize the tech and workflow to minimize cancelation, wait time and customer frustration
- Monitor the transactions made by the department looking for errors or discrepancies that could impact the general inventory or METRC accuracy.
- Check body cam footage on a weekly basis for compliance and training purposes. Delete footage regularly; making sure there is adequate storage.
- Provide constant and consistent feedback to upper management regarding profitability or problems in the department.
- Increase the conversion rate of site visitors
- Provide feedback to marketing regarding sales or promotions that would benefit the delivery department.
- Make sure the department is properly opened and closed at the start and end of each day
- Enforce company policies and attendance guidelines for all delivery agents.
- Act as a role model for the rest of the delivery department.
- Communicate with the technology providers to ensure accurate product and pricing info is displayed on the website.
- Create and maintain SOPs for delivery and pickup activities.
- Oversee accident and incident response plans, facilitate investigations, planning ahead for possible security concerns.
- Empowers team by providing a clear direction and providing ongoing coaching and support.
- Maintains the highest level of presentation, customer service, and compassion to all customers.
- Stays informed and knowledgeable about state and local laws, regulations and industry news.
- Comply with all HR policies, including confidentiality and non-disclosure.
- Assist with the implementation of company policies, standard operating procedures, and performance standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Daily compliance with company policies including but not limited to; state/local regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, dress code, and work schedules.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Supervise a total of 10-25 employees in the E-Commerce Department. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and industry-specific software.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Must possess a valid Nevada driver's license.
NV State Agent Card Required.
OSHA 10 Required (company paid) to be completed within 6 months of hiring.
